Dirty Condensers are the leading cause of cooling system malfuntion and failure. They also greatly contribute to premature compressor failure. We will use a mobile pressure washing setup along with a biodegradable and non-acidic chemical to clean all condensers. This service is recommended prior to cooling season and again mid summer towards the end of the cottonwood shed.
